The Iron 5 Oral Spray delivers 5mg of iron per 4 sprays directly into the mouth, providing fast nutrient absorption through tiny droplets that are specially formulated for quick uptake.

Unlike traditional iron supplements like tablets, capsules, and liquids which often cause digestive issues due to iron's irritant properties, this oral spray bypasses the digestive tract to avoid side effects like constipation, nausea, stomach pains, bloating, and heartburn.

Ingredients:

Water, diluent (xylitol), ferric sodium EDTA (iron), ferric ammonium citrate (iron), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavoring (natural pomegranate).

Usage / Instructions:

1. Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
2. Shake well before every use.
3. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
4. Replace the cap after use.
