Primarily prescribed for erectile dysfunction (ED), sildenafil addresses the common challenge faced by men in attaining and maintaining an erection. It works by causing the dilation of blood vessels, increasing blood flow to the penis, and making it possible to achieve an erection.

-
you have an allergy to sildenafil
-
you have low blood pressure
-
you have a heart or liver condition
-
